Which countries do you offer shipping to?
Currently, Ambrosia only ships within the US.

 

How much do you charge for shipping?
We provide complimentary shipping for most of our orders. However, if you're a customer from Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii, kindly reach out to us for a custom shipping quote.

 

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking number. To track your shipment, click the link in the email or manually enter the tracking number on the carrier's website for real-time updates.

 

What payment methods do you accept?
To make your purchase as convenient as possible, we accept:

  • All major credit and debit cards
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Shop Pay

Please note that we do not accept PayPal at this time.

 

Can I return my product?
Yes, you can. You have a 30-day window to return your purchase (exclusions apply).

Is international shipping available?
Unfortunately, our products are currently only available to US customers. If you reside outside the US and are interested in our products, please contact us, and we can refer you to an authorized retailer in your area.

 

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your product arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
This will help us assess the situation and assist you accordingly.
